Personal Review:

I will be honest, I don't know anything about this topic, but I know several people who swear by their oils, so I thought I would check it out to learn something new. It appears that there are ideas for no matter what is going on in your life. This book discusses several recipes for oils that you can use to help you deal with whatever you are going through.

I picked up this book because I am interested in the oils that they use to make bath bombs. I have found that a nice relaxing soak can really help the sore muscles.
