Hi Everyone!

Trying out something new this week. This week I am sharing a reader workout per @ Joy’s Book Blog – Share your workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

This week, I want to feature Body Combat. For those of you who don't know, it is a super fun mixed martial arts workout hosted by Les Mils. I really enjoy it because it is a great energy boost to my day!!
